Help build the platform you want to operate

Sunalytiq is still being developed, but pilot participants do not receive an empty prototype. You receive working software for monitoring, detection, diagnosis, prioritisation and resolution tracking.

The initial pilot runs free for at least six months. If important product development is still continuing, we may extend the free period so you can keep using the platform while we improve it together.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE

Software plus a managed path to resolution

We do more than surface an issue. We help keep the operational work organised from first signal to verified recovery.

Functional software from day one

A connected view of performance, hidden losses, likely causes, expected impact and prioritised action.

Managed service coordination

We handle provider communication, scopes, quotations, scheduling and case tracking through resolution.

Warranty oversight

We help organise warranty information, flag relevant coverage and keep required follow-up visible.

Post-repair verification

The software evaluates subsequent performance to check whether the intervention recovered the expected output.

YOUR SERVICE NETWORK, OR OUR RESEARCH

You keep control of who works on your assets

If you already have contracted O&M or service partners, they can stay in the workflow. We coordinate the case, provide context and track the result. If you need a new provider, we research suitable local teams and seek market-competitive options for you to compare.

HOW THE PILOT WORKS

Simple collaboration, useful from the start

01

Connect the portfolio

We review available software data sources and agree the initial scope.

02

Operate with Sunalytiq

Your team uses the working platform and our managed support in real situations.

03

Share feedback and data

You tell us what helps, what slows you down and where the workflow can improve. Data used to improve algorithms is handled under agreed terms.

04

Improve and verify

We refine the product, support resolution work and verify whether performance returns.

The Sunalytiq software and our pilot coordination are free during the agreed pilot period. Any third-party labour, travel, replacement parts or external service costs are quoted separately and proceed only after your approval.

WHAT WE ASK FROM YOU

A working partnership, not a passive beta

We are looking for C&I asset owners, operators, asset managers and O&M teams willing to use the platform in real operations and help shape what comes next.

Practical feedback

Short, honest input on workflows, clarity and operational usefulness.

Relevant operating data

Access to the agreed data needed to analyse performance and improve models.

Real use cases

Issues and decisions that reflect the realities of commercial and industrial solar.

Shared learning

A willingness to review results and help us validate what works.
