Who we are and what we do
A photovoltaic plant should deliver a stable return for years. In practice, that return is reduced by faults in panels, cabling and inverters, that ordinary monitoring misses.
Sunalytiq tracks down and resolves these losses. Our software Parhelion evaluates the operation of the whole plant, pinpoints the exact location of the fault and calculates how much it costs you.
But software is only half of it. We verify the finding ourselves, arrange a technician, handle the warranty claim or the insurer, and after the repair check that the plant is producing as it should again. You only approve the repair, and you know the price in advance.

We connect to the data your plant already sends: inverter, datalogger or existing monitoring. We install nothing, and you keep your portal.
Calibrated to each plant
Parhelion calibrates on the historical data of each plant individually. That is why it detects even a small drop and pinpoints the exact string.

Which plants is the service for?
For commercial, business and ground-mounted plants. Typically rooftops of manufacturing and logistics halls, commercial buildings, agricultural sites and owners with several plants.
Neither the size nor the age of the plant matters. Parhelion works with older and newer installations, and with a portfolio you see all plants in one portal. If you are not sure it pays off for you, we will tell you straight after the first analysis.
How does the cooperation work?
- Connection. You give us access to the plant's data. Parhelion starts evaluating it, and in the portal you see production, statistics and all findings.
- Finding. When Parhelion finds a loss, we show you where it is, what is most likely causing it and how much it costs you.
- Verification. When the exact panel or fault needs to be identified, we propose a drone thermal imaging survey. We order it only once you have confirmed it.
- Repair proposal. From the survey results we prepare the next steps: service, replacement or a warranty claim. You know the price of everything in advance and the decision is yours.
- Repair and check. Once you approve, we arrange a technician, oversee the work and verify in the data that production has recovered.
We do not charge for coordination separately; it is part of the service. You pay only for what you approve.
Do we have to install anything at the plant?
Usually not. Parhelion works with the data your plant already sends to the portal of the inverter manufacturer, datalogger or existing monitoring. Nobody has to go on the roof for it, and plant operation is not interrupted.
If some data is missing, such as output per string, we tell you in advance. We propose what to add, what it will cost and what benefit it brings. The decision is yours.
Which inverters and monitoring systems do you connect to?
Common inverter brands, for example Huawei, SMA, Sungrow, Fronius, SolarEdge, GoodWe, Solis or Growatt, monitoring systems such as meteocontrol and Solar-Log, and also SCADA systems of larger plants.
We confirm the exact way of connecting at the first consultation. Your existing portal and contracts with suppliers stay as they are; Parhelion only reads and evaluates the data.
What do we get from you regularly?
Access to a portal with an overview of output, expected output and all findings. For each finding you see exactly where it is, what probably causes it, what it costs you in kWh and in money, and what we recommend next.
For a serious problem we alert you by email. For every verified finding you get a report with the location of the defect, measurement results and a repair proposal. It also serves as documentation for a bank, insurer, audit or a claim with the manufacturer.
Will you replace our service technician?
No. You still need a technician on site. We solve what is usually missing between monitoring and service: we find the problem, determine its location and cause, prepare a precise brief and check the result after the repair.
If you have your own service supplier, we work with them and hand over the brief. If you do not, we arrange a technician and coordinate the whole intervention.
How much does it cost and who pays for repairs?
For Parhelion software and coordination you pay one fixed monthly amount, agreed in advance. We charge nothing else on top, and we take no commission from repairs, service or supplies.
You pay for the service itself, parts, transport or drone measurement, because it is work on your property. With your consent we prepare non-binding quotes for you and compare them, and the decision is yours alone. You always know the price and all details in advance. When a warranty covers the defect, we handle the claim with the manufacturer or supplier.
Who has access to our data?
Only authorised Sunalytiq people who look after your plant, and those you grant access to yourself, such as your service company or building manager. Portal access is protected by a password and two-factor authentication.
