Data we collect
- Enquiries: company, work email, topic, message and any information you choose to provide.
- Form security: a session identifier, request timestamps and a protected derivative of the requesting IP address used to limit abuse.
- Server records: hosting logs may contain IP address, request URL, time and browser or device request information.
- Business records: contact, contractual and billing information if a commercial relationship develops.
Why we use it
We use enquiry data to respond, discuss a potential relationship and take requested pre-contractual steps. The legal bases are Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and, for ordinary business communication, our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f).
Technical records are processed to keep the website secure, prevent abuse and diagnose failures on the basis of our legitimate interests. Records required by company, accounting or tax law are processed under Article 6(1)(c).
Cookies
The homepage may set a first-party session cookie named SUNALYTIQ_PUBLIC. It maintains the protected contact-form session and is not used for advertising or analytics.
Sunalytiq currently uses no advertising, social-media tracking or audience-analytics cookies. If that changes, this notice and any required consent controls will be updated before those technologies are activated.
Retention
Anti-abuse timestamps are kept for up to 15 minutes. Session information is temporary. The website does not create a marketing database from contact-form submissions; messages are delivered to our business mailbox and kept only as long as needed to respond, manage the resulting relationship, protect legal claims or meet legal obligations.
Technical server logs are retained for the security period configured by our hosting provider and are then deleted or rotated.
Recipients
Data may be processed by service providers that support hosting, website operation and business email, acting under appropriate contractual and confidentiality obligations. We may also disclose information where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
We do not sell personal data and do not disclose it to advertising networks.
Your rights
Depending on the processing, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may contact us at info@sunalytiq.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection. A concise overview of GDPR rights is available from the European Commission.
Automation
Website enquiries are not subject to automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
Updates
We may update this policy when the website, our services or legal requirements change. The current version and its update date will remain available on this page.
